Accreditation

"Ramgarhia setting the shuttle standard" and "Ace Shuttle club hit Premier Mark" were the newspaper headlines following the accreditation ceremony held during November 2007 at the club in Langdon School, London E6 2PS.

The Ramgarhia Badminton Junior Club was accredited by the governing body of the sport, Badminton England in an evening full of presentations led by the chairman of Badminton England, Eric Brown and the Essex Badminton Development Officer, Darryl Hardcastle.

Darren Watson represented the Sports Development team, London Borough of Newham.

Kilvir Singh Bahra, Head Coach and Manager of the Ramgarhia Badminton Club could not hide his obvious delight and elation in achieving the Club Mark and Premier Club status during the presentation.

The evening captured the delight of both the junior and senior members, parents and all the invited guests. The serving of the Indian favourite snacks in the form of samosas and bhaji's completed the evening to a perfect finish.
